So you are probably wondering, yeast????  Yes I used yeast instead of baking powder, the yeast creates bubbles and those bubbles translate into fluffy!

    porter house
Here is an aged porterhouse.  One side is filet, the other side is strip steak.  This is my favorite kind of steak.  When it is aged properly you get this amazing flavor added to it!

    Pancakes
So I am on a mission to make the most fluffy, delicate, and tasty pancake!  I am well on my way!
    Pancakes
The first two photo's are a top and side view of my pancakes.  I am just waiting for the baking powder to kick in.
    Pancakes
Boom!  There is the baking powder!  Those bubbles provided the lift for a fluffy pancake.
    Pancakes
Here is the end product.  I am still not 100% satisfied.  The pancakes did not have the perfect coloring.  This coming weekend I will be adding baking soda to the mix, and they will become darker in color.
So in addition to being fluffy I added one secret ingredient.
    Pancakes
Here is the secret ingredient!  Instead of adding sugar, I added malted milk and the flavor was outstanding!
