Sewanhaka Science Fair

The Sewanhaka High School Science Fair took place on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. 7th and 8th grade advanced students participated. Students presented their science projects twice to two judges from approximately 3 – 4:30 in the student cafeteria. Following the presentations, an awards ceremony took place from 5 – 5:30 in the auditorium in which 20 second place winners were awarded medals and the top 10 winners were announced and awarded trophies. The top 10 winners will be attending the Long Island Science Congress in SUNY Farmingdale on March 29, 2011.
