    The announcement came at the Oct. 28 BOE meeting, with Legislator Carrié Solages delivering the news. Solages said the funds were allocated as part of a bipartisan effort between Legislators Vincent T. Muscarella, Richard J. Nicolello and Laura Schaefer.
